Otherwise the performance is fairly similar to rival netbooks thanks to the similar run down of stats. Most regular office, email and internet programs run with no problems and you’ll have no problems with most general tasks whilst out and about.

As with so many SCCs, there's much to like about the Advent 4213 coupled with some irritations. Why is the keyboard so small when there's plenty of room for a larger one? Why is the battery physically big and yet not as capacious as it could be? It's...

Too small for the enthusiast but fine for a compouter illiterate like me.

It was a recon unit, after having used it for a few times, found that it keeps jumping to other programs when you are typing, ie every time you tyoe the letter e it goes to explorer, and if you just touch the v or c key you get a whole line of letters....

when it works it is fine

we have various problems with this netbook ,dontb know if its because it is a recon ,we bought another one at the same time ,a full price one and that is fine ,so its up to you ,if you want to try it .

solid,robust netbook which I found very easy to use. It has a reasonable processor speed. The netbook I received was totally unmarked and looked as new.

Will only run on battery power for about an hour.I was surprised that the netbook didn't come with a power cable.

for a reconditioned machine, it looked and perfored like new.
