The Samsung Delve has a sleek design with an easy-to-use touch interface. The multimedia-centric feature set offers a fair amount of options and the call is satisfying.

The Samsung Delve lacks Wi-Fi, full e-mail syncing, and an accelerometer. Its volume level could be just a tad louder.

The Samsung Delve is an attractive, multimedia phone with good call performance. It lacks some important features for business users, but it remains a solid addition to U.S. Cellular's lineup.
