Staples Mouse Pad with Gel Wrist Rest, Black

I bought this mouse pad to replace my BELKIN pad. I was very disappointed and will be returning the Staples pad. Something is too smooth with the surface texture and my icon mouse skips or jumps on the screen. I think the texture needs to be changed.

Laser beam mouse run smoothly on this pad .

Great Pad for the money.

I purchased this in January 2011. It is now December and it just hasn't held up. There are waves in the surface which makes the mouse stick. I am now in the market for a new mouse pad :(

my son asked me to get him one too - he loves it and so do I. The heel of my hand was getting sore before from the tabletop, but now it's very comfortable with the gel rest
