I don't know why others have so much troubles with the combo! I has me it's been working fine for a month now with the new system I got as well with it.

The first time the batteries were put in the keyboard the battery cover broke and would not hold the batteries in place.

Plugged in and the keyboard didn't work, mouse was ok.

Keys stick or have to hit multiple times on some letters.Mouse works intermittently.Went back to using my previous keyboard and mouse.Good price, but you get what you pay for I guess.

No complaints from Husband so it must be working just fine!!!

Keyboard had very sticky keys, I returned it, mouse was fine.

I was happy to find that the product was sturdy and well made. I am not a gamer and was just looking for a replacement for my old unit. The keyboard keys have a good feel and the USB dongle is very small and unobtrusive. I am very happy
