it is the best purchase ever with a new baby in the family! it just makes life so much easier!

to dry it takes 2:30! but hey it is better than having the clothes hanging all over the house

A brilliant machine

The choice of wash cycles. The drying cycle is great because of the dampness sensors - items come out just right. The weighing function is useful - especially when one is tempted to squeeze too much in.

It took me ages to wade through the instructions for use - they were not very clear. Even now I keep learning new things about the machine. If you happen to lean too close to the control panel while it is on the settings can change which is annoying.

Broken down after just 2 days. 7 days later still waiting for engineer Service appalling

Absolutely superb. Huge capacity, fully featured and very quite.

Not the cheapest, but one pays for quality. My last Bosch lasted over 12 years!
