Has a good performance on different types of floor, quite easy for the stairs with its long cable and tools.

Maybe heavy or bulky for an older or infirm person.

It's easy to use and has a really good suction so picks up really well. It's easy to handle so it can be moved around very quickly and easily.

The upholstery brush hasn't really got any "resting place" ! This is a really minor quibble compared to the otherwise excellent performance of this cleaner.

Very powerful,quiet,gets up to the edges,nice and light easy to carry.

It's more of a niggle than a bad point.Sometimes the upright release pedal is difficult to use.Thats all.

This vacuum is light to move around, very good foot controls for power and altering the handle position. It gets up all the pet hair. Dust container is easy to empty.

My only criticism is the hose does not reach up my stairs in one go as did my previous cleaner.

very light weight and easy to use. Good powerful suction too.

not really a bad point but didn't get the black colour I ordered, was sent a grey one, not as sleek looking, but happy with the product anyway.
