The PSU is rather decent at 600w, however, be aware of the need to get a few molex to SATA converters for those additional bays! you will get +1 SATA devices going with the inlcluded HDDS and optical. but there are plenty more bays than that! I think...

Asrock z97 anniversary edition seems to be a little touchy with the power supply, though this is a known issues... nothing related to iBUYPOWER, but enough to knock one egg down. (found a pattern to mine, no starting up issues now)
