When the HP Omni 200 Quad we purchased in 2011 crashed, we decided to stay with HP and purchase another all-in-one. With the help of our computer tech, we decided on the Pavilion 24-b240. It was a great choice, and the unit is fast and very responsive....

I like the computer. Two negatives : 1. The USB ports at the back are inconvenient to reach. I use two USB extension cables with USB hubs. 2. The DVD reader/player makes a rickety sound, sounds like it is about to crash.

monitor is clear and bright love the all in one room on the desk have had no problems this is my 5th HP and its the best

Big, fast, an outstanding machine. The only draw back (although minor) was finding there is one less USB 3 port on the back than is shown on the enclosed diagrams.

I love the speed and the size of this computer. Large viewing, yet it doesn't take up my whole desk, like my last one did. I like not having a tower and all those wires. This is a great computer so far, no problems.
