Good Rig, HORRIBLE Service

 

I have reinstalled word, and no dice. It's a decent machine, but now I can't even print a dang word doc. This computer is not worth the headache of never being able to get decent support.

Decent rig. You get what you pay for. Everything shipped exactly as it was described and there was no real problems with the computer (except one, which I will get to and isn't really their fault). The fan is a lot more quiet for me than some reviews...

The video card leaves a bit to be desired, but other than that the hardware is gravy ; The biggest issue is the horrible customer service. Since Windows comes pre-installed Microsoft will not help you for free meaning you must deal with the worse tech...

Great So Far

 

It's video card isn't exactly the best but it works well for it needs to do and can play any modern PC game on the market. Just don't expect to be playing newer games on the ultra high settings.

Shipped and delivered right on time. Came with everything listed and not a single problem with any of it. The Computer simply looks beautiful and is nearly silent, can hardly hear it at all ; It came with no bloatware that I am aware of and runs smoothly

The upward angled USB slots on the front are a tad annoying since my 360 pads kinda stick two inches out in front of it at an odd angle ; Other than that, nothing
