Oh, my. An "oops"

 

A nice idea, poorly executed by ASUS which made all drivers and its O/S keep referring to more ASUS products. Final remedy was to reformat the hard drive and install a new O/S since the "recovery" program from ASUS did not work. Also had to install all...

A nice set-up mechanically. Neat and clean

ASUS modified operating system caused real grief and the drivers were wrong. Customer support was very poor and not helpful at all

Fast, and always a great product. We have 6 of these specific computers in my office and we love them. Great thing is they support duel monitors.

Bad Computer, slow customer service

 

Problem with the computer is not NewEgg's as the hardware is shipped from/by ASUS. They just happened to be on the wrong end of the deal. However they could use some improvements in Customer Service and with their return policies.

Really poor experience with this piece of hardware. Failed to boot on first start, Error message. . . checking file system on D: The type of data is NTFS volume label is DATA. Error message goes on. . but the computer still won't start. Called customer...

Lots of Bang for the Buck

 

Unit arrive quickly. I wish Newegg would offer the customer a refund when the price is reduced within hours of placing the order. Somehow it just does not seem fair to me.

Windows 7 Pro, Fast Machine, Fair to good graphics, Room for expansion, lots of memory and hard disc space. Good looking box, Plenty of USB ports and two USB 3 ports. Not too much bloatware installed. Outputs for surround speakers as will as optical...

Minor complaints. Output from the normal (green) output jack has little bass output. My Bose speakers sounded terrible. I tried everything to improve the sound quality to no avail. Perhaps the frequency response from that output assumes the user will...
