I wouldn't recommend this product. It's so difficult to get off and on I need someone to help every time and I now wear my Fitbit less because of that.

Bought just over a month ago and it fell apart, like the last one, both times I was lucky I didn't lose my device. Clip part is not well made - customer service of Fitbit is a joke - avoid at all costs

Attractive strap making the Alta more versatile, size small a little tighter than hoped but easy to use.

This was not a cheap item and it looks very good. However, like a number of Fitbit products it fell apart quickly. Not impressed for the price. Not only that but whenever I try to contact customer service online chats always unavailable. Disappointed.

I've not got very big wrists but crikey this was so small and there's no option to got up a size, total rubbish for Fitbit users....RETURNED

Ridiculously small. I am a size 18 and this was so tight it took me 20 minutes to get it off again! Very disappointed
