The 140mm fan could be stronger, but it's being powered by a 5v USB connection, and not a 12v PC connection, so the fan does not push as much air as a normal 140mm can could, it also could have little feet on top to keep a laptop from sliding down,...

The fan is weak, I highly doubt the 43cfm is calculated while the fan is inside the cooler itself. My laptop temperatures remained the same after installation, pretty much worthless as far cooling capacity is concerned
