This computer/tablet is very easy to use. The touch screen feature is great! This was given to someone that hates computers and he has gotten use to it very quickly. Easy to use! Only bad thing is x-box cant be unistalled.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who is going into college. I must preface that I bought her a different laptop before, a 17inch and while it was great, it was just too large. I called HP and they were awesome to deal with and waived any restocking...

Great laptop for common use and for studants

Computer came missing purchased security software, locked during set up..call HP to unlock and tried to sell us $400 additional software we did not need.

This laptop is portable and quite fast in processing. Touch screen is very sensitive. The only reason features are not rated excellent is because the keypads leave an impression on the screen when converted to tablet mode. This can however be wiped off...

good little hinges on here make it feel secure and its not flimsy what so ever but my only question is how can i protect the keyboard from damage when its in tablet mode??
