Beautiful design and light as a feather! Functions really well and has everything you need for a day to day laptop.

The mouse is hard to use and adjust to. Very difficult to have control over.

Good screen resolution and great sound.

Perfect size and weight for me (it's slightly smaller than a typical bulky laptop and quite streamlined) and lighter than the average laptop. It looks exactly as photographed and the trackpad is perfectly sensitive.

The laptop has frozen once since purchased (about a month) but I just reset it and it's working fine.

With the laptop not having an integral CD ROM, I was unable to install my printer's driver software directly from the CD provided with my printer, however I was able to find a suitable online printer driver to download.
