Dell Inspiron 15-5000 Series, AMD A6, 8Gb RAM, 1Tb Hard Drive, 15.6 inch Laptop with optional Microsoft Office 365 Home - White

Had this less than 12 hours and got the blue screen of death, reading reviews on this product this seems to be a common issue with this product, also making a strange noise. This is definaty going back.

I bought this laptop in May and since last month I started to have issues. Is very slow and every time I turn it on I can ear a strange sound. I have recorded just in case. Could you please help? Thanks in advance Matrona

We have had nothing but issues with this laptop, it is absolutely fantastic when it works but it frequently just turns itself off out of the blue without any apparent links to certain programmes etc.

I could write about it's performance, stunning colours on screen, the speed & 1T memory, graphics with user friendly keyboard... simply a great priced home & workplace laptop, I could fill a couple of A4 sheets whole pages of detailing, but I can't,...

I brought this a year ago an had nothing but trouble with it, now the battery as gone what a load of rubbish

Because the fan is always on and never shuts off the fan bearings failed after a couple of months also it struggles to do 2 or more tasks at once, the sound is very low with 2 small speakers underneath and finally you can't turn it on if it's plugged...

Does everything I need it for and more, very happy with purchase.
