Loud annoying hum. Stand is too high. Controls difficult to use. I returned for an exchange. Hopefully the hum is a problem unique to the one I received and the replacement will be fine.

If you are a PC user, most likely that your graphics/video card won't connect to this one (these days you use a DVI-I connector) and this one comes with a DVI-D connector. You are going to need two DVI-I to DVI-D connectors to connect to this monitor....

Nice looking monitor, no dead spots or artifacts. 1440x900

I don't like how this monitor squeels after it is off (aka standby) and in powersave mode. No one else mentioned it but it does bother me. It sounds like one of those high-pitched rodent repellers...but quieter. The picture is a little less contrast...

for the money this monitor is doing what I ask of it. its part of multi monitor setup. i had another viewsonic so added this one as only had 3 lcd monitors. will add another vx1932 to the mix in a couple of months so have two the same. might change out...

No microphone jack ; Integrated speakers sound weird, possibly worse than my old monitor's integrated speakers. You can understand the sound but it sounds kind of muffled and like it comes from under the monitor ; The glossy look around the screen...
