Speakers are tinny and weak, but you don't have to use them. I'm glad they're there. YOU WILL NEED A POWERFUL GRAPHICS CARD FOR GAMING! This kind of resolution makes your graphics card work harder. Look at benchmakrs

It would seem that I have the same problem that others listed. As soon as I rebooted from linux the DVI port stopped working. It had done it to me once or twice in windows but several reboots and a driver update seemed to fix the problem. No problems...

Color is great, widescreen resolution is excellent

Arrived out the box with 10+ dead pixels, I stopped counting after that. Probably just got damaged during transport ; RMA'ing the item for a replacement

Monitor pixels are great, No dead pixals, screen is bright and clear. Choice of DVI or old school cabling. Resolutions are crisp. response timing is good. heck, for the price and the rebate? cant go wrong here
