Build quality and sound

They're compact, well made and produce an excellent sound for their size. I had listened to a number of home cinema speakers some very much more expensive and not as good.They are definitely value for money.

The terminals at the rear of the satellites are a little bit fiddly. It's only a minor criticism but if you are using a heavy gauge speaker cable can be a pain.

purchased a pair of these speakers to upgrade my existing Tannoy SFX5.1 system to a 7.1 system. Now I can listen to the dozen or so films that have a DTS MA / Dolby TrueHD 7.1 soundtrack.

only the woefully low number of films with the afore mentioned audio formats.

Excellent sound quality from such a surprisingly small unit

Personally speaking I like to be able to remove the fabric cover to expose the diaphram. I just think it looks so much better. Unfortunately this is not possible with the SFX5.1 Satellite. The supplied wall fixing brackets don't allow for any tilt....

Easy to mount on the stands, small size keeps the wife happy! Makes a great 7.1 souund system
