Very easy to use

Cooking times not as fast as stated in recipes

An excellent oven which unlike some of it's competitors comes complete with all accessories including a stand for the lid.

The glass is very heavy and needs to be handled with care.

I am very please about my purchase so far. The ovens cooks food great and in such quick time too, I would recommend this oven to all my friends and family.

I only bad point is that there was no oven plate supplied with the oven but it is still a good purchase.

so easy to use and saves a fortune on electricity bils as can cook as well or even better than conventional oven in quarter of the time as the heat is instant!

difficult to get thhe food out even using the tool provided to lift the grill. Difficult to get both grills in with gfood.

The product is brilliant for cooking quickly food which you would normally put in a large oven.

I am having trouble with the safety switch on the lid and find it difficult to use.

It is large enough to cook a whole meal for up to 4 people, or more at a pinch. Overall very pleased with product, cuts cooking time considerably and it is easy to see when something is ready. .

Lid is very heavy and it is a good thing that a stand is supplied to rest the lid on when first removing it. Had to buy another cook book as the one supplied was not very informative, more a leaflet.

Amazing for cooking and removing the fat from what ever you are cooking. Self clean function is great for getting stubborn marks off so you just need to do a quick wipe round after. Unlike many others it comes with a lid stand. I've never tasted...

Ignore the cooking times for meat joints in the recipe book, they take at least half an hour longer but it's worth the extra time as they taste amazing compared to a convential oven and removes so much more fat, and that's it!!

Excellent - I use it all the time: grilling, roasting, poaching and re-heating. I hardly ever use my main oven now.
