We have had this microwave about two months now and we really like it. I love the Favorites button. Was a little adjustment to learn how to operate but that would be expected with any new appliance.

Seems to work just fine -- Bought it to replace a 15 year old...

This microwave lasted for 9 months with everyday use however customer service was wonderful and replace the unit under the manufacturer warranty

It's a microwave! I figured out how to use it without reading the manual. Also, it fits nicely on my counter and my microwave safe dishes fit inside it.

First MW I have ever owned that starts noisy and lasts anywhere from 15-20 seconds.

so far so good after two months ..I think they need to add END or DOWN or FINISH future to product when it is finished cooking (on screen)

I am very satisfied with my counter top Frigidaire Microwave.

I bought this a month ago to replace another brand which burned out in 18 months. This has the same power but takes up less space, which is what I wanted. Wouldn't have minded a handle on the door and fewer beeps when it's finished. Can only hope this...

The door opens easily and all the settings are great for whatever I happen to need. It is nice and bright with clean appearance.

I don't know how the sensor works, but it will take a frozen entree straight to hot and edible very quickly and evenly. No cold or overcooked spots. Excellent!
