The low simmer setting on the gas rings don't go low enough, especially on the two big rings. The oven seems to struggle to reach the higher temperatures gas 7 and above.

The black Stratford cooker has been practically designed for ease of use. It's simple, and effective. It's also a stylish cooker, which looks neat and attractive in my kitchen. It is easy to clean as well.

The only down side I have discovered is that condensation builds up on the inside of the glass in the door, when the oven is in use. This then drips on to my kitchen floor a little when the door is opened. Only slightly though.
