This espresso machine not only looks good it gives a great cup of coffee. You are able to use various flavours/strength for each individual. The Villa Ware espresso is easy to clean.

I haven't found any bad points.

I was concerned about the machine because of some of the bad write ups. However three weeks down the line and not one bad mark yet.

'First operation' insructions seem to assume you already know all about this machine - took a little bit of guesswork to make out whether what we were doing was correct or not.

Before purchasing I read a couple of poor reviews and to be honest, I had a different problem of my own to start with. BUT - I can say that the problems, both mine and others, are down to operator error. My advice, 1 - Make sure you take time to prime...

Came with a white scuff mark on the coffee attachment which won't come off, but don't affect the operation.

Looks good but would'nt work from the box, not able to prime therefore unable to use, sent back to manufacturer for repair!!!! Ask me again if & when it is returned.

Makes a good espresso with the right coffee, easy to use and quick to warm up. Steams well. Have managed to get good microfoam with some practice.

The manual isn't all that clear. Got a bit confused about the frothing and steaming process as the manual implies that the off position on the dial for the steam starts the frothing process, to actually froth the milk you turn the steam dial full on...

Had to return this item twice due to the milk frother not working. On second return I just requested a refund as there is obviously a fault with this.
