NewEgg shipment Prompt. Beauty out of Box, near new ; Price was excellent

Heating element was lopsided, not level, carafe fell off of heat plate, water drained pourly. Shocked that NewEgg quality control let this be purchased! Contaced CS, CS service was courteous, trying a another unit in exchange. Let's hope this one...

Looks/feels like new; works great; auto-on timer w/ am/pm; auto-off w/ 1-4 hrs; all these are very useful and are functional; also I liked the finish/shape of the pot

I have ordered a lot of items from NewEgg. (Mostly computer/technology related items) I've always been pleased with the customer service, pricing and fast shipping.
