LG Xenon

QWERTY keyboard, shortcut keys, responsive and well-designed interface, shortcuts and widget home screens

Design is a little underwhelming, slider wiggles when opened, excessive and unalterable Telstra customisation, no 3.5mm headphone jack, no social-networking apps, poor value Telstra plans

LG's Xenon isn't a bad little phone, but its design is a little underwhelming and we would have liked native applications for social-networking sites. On the current Telstra plan it's hard to see any value in this device, especially considering the...

LG Xenon

The LG Xenon GR500 is a lightweight slider phone aimed at the texting generation. Unlike many sliders with a QWERTY keyboard, the Xenon is a full-blown touch-screen phone. It's styled to look like a bulky RAZR imitator, complete with a small "chin" at...

Solid call quality. Good music and video playback. Compact for a QWERTY slider

Non-standard headphone jack. Bland UI needs a little work in spots

It's tough to fault the LG Xenon, a powerful slider phone that can handle media tasks with aplomb.

LG Xenon

Matching a touchscreen with a full-QWERTY keyboard at this price point is fantastic. Anyone looking to make their cyber-life mobile should check out the Xenon.

Touchscreen navigation ; Good keyboard, if tiny keys ; Decent web browser

No 3.5mm headphone socket ; No memory card included

The LG Xenon scores well on our checklist of what we want in phones for the youth market. The touchscreen is good, and for those who hate smearing the screen with fingerprints, the QWERTY keyboard is better. Calling is sound and messaging is fine, let...

Review: LG Xenon

The Xenon is LG's latest attempt to merge touch phone on the outside with QWERTY messaging phone on the inside. Does the result taste as good as it sounds?

LG Xenon Review - Phone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

There's nothing like choice. Just ask AT&T who released two very similar side-sliding QWERTY touch screen phones in the same week: the LG Xenon and the Samsung Impression. Much like the dynamic duo of touch screen slab phones, the LG Vu and Samsung...

Very compact for a touch screen phone with a full QWERTY keyboard. Good keyboard. Reasonably priced for the features it offers ;

Reception not very strong, user interface inconsistencies make the phone less fun and pleasing (accelerometer works in just a few apps, some apps rotate while others don't, lack of an on-screen QWERTY, scrolling through lists isn't easy)

. Granted these are higher tier phones on Verizon, but we'd like to see more polished software from LG's touch screen phones on AT&T.

LG Xenon unveiled

Leaked pics of the LG's upcoming slider are over the Internet. The LG Xenon features a QWERTY keyboard, touchscreen and a 2 Megapixel camera. It should be available on AT&T by April in three colors red, black and one thats kept under wraps....

Recensione LG Xenon

"Ehh. ok phone."

This phone is an okay phone, its just that ive only had it for 1 month and never dropped it but when i slide it up or back down it turns off, also only certain areas allow me to make calls.

Nice touch screen, great picture taking, pretty phone.

Dropped calls, TURNS OFF ALL THE TIME, sometimes bad internet.

Kundenmeinung (cnet.com)

"Battery life is nearly non-existent"

After 3 calls the phone will need to be charged again. My whole family got this phone and none of us are satisfied with it. The phone we had previously was better, battery life lasted for a month rather than a few hours.

text pad, smooth sliding

Battery life, google related apps are not already supported (must be downloaded), battery life, it occasionally mutes it own ringer, oh and the battery life
