I use this product after using my Sleek and Shine 3-day Shampoo & Conditioner. I do not put this all throughout my hair, I only place it on the ends of my hair as they are the frizziest part of my hair and can become quite annoying throughout the day....

I use this after I shower. Towel dry, comb or brush, apply. It leaves my hair nice and soft . My bangs were easier to sort out, so if you have bangs ;))
