EXCELLENT SHARP PRINT. EASY TO SET UP . EASY TO USE.

CANNOT FIND FAULT

If not used for a while loses connections. Not great for use with mac. Not great with windows either. Installation is hit and miss. Can’t connect via WPS button to network. All in all not great. Oh and trying to scan is a work up to find too, not tried...

Quiet ,fast ,easy to work

Had difficulty finding the right size picture paper for printing photos it needs to be extremely thin or else it jams in the machine

Though larger than our last priniter it fits well into a very cramped office.

It's odd that Samsung Customer Services can't tell us how to close the paper tray flush with the machine if we ever need to pack it away.

Print quality is good

Paper jams really easily and is a nightmare to sort out. Toners and extra parts are expensive.
